Аnnotation

The efficiency and safety of conducting emergency rescue and other urgent work in the event of an emergency in high-rise buildings and structures using non-traditional means of conducting emergency rescue work have been increased. An efficient and safe design of a special lifting and transport vehicle has been proposed for conducting emergency restoration and emergency rescue work in high-rise buildings and buildings of increased storeys, which were damaged by explosions of do-mestic gas and as a result of enemy attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure during the Russian aggres-sion. The speed of deployment and use for conducting emergency rescue and other urgent work of this non-traditional mobile device exceeds the indicators of traditional similar vehicles in terms of their efficiency. The features of conducting various emergency and rescue operations in high-rise buildings and in high-rise buildings that took place in the pre-war period and during the war have been analyzed. The designed useful model is capable of effectively and safely participating in the lo-calization and elimination of emergency situations, especially those associated with the presence of victims at heights, without unnecessary time expenditure. For the rational use of the proposed design of a special lifting and transport machine, a computer algorithm of cyclic two-step calculations of tac-tical and technical support has been created. Recommendations for its practical receipt and use are given. A rational and optimal decision-making scheme for the use of a special lifting and transport machine has been generalized, which has elements of qualitative and quantitative approaches to the creation of tactical and technical support. For an example of qualitative decision-making regarding the use of such unconventional lifting and transport machines based on the construction of Lagrange approximation polynomials of the third degree, a working nomogram has been developed in the form of simple instructions to the user.
