Original scientific articles that meet the profile of the publication
and have not been previously published or submitted simultaneously to other scientific journals are accepted for consideration.
The author submits to the editorial office an article in electronic form, formatted in accordance with
the established requirements of the journal regarding structure, content, and technical design.

Submitting an article to the editorial office means that the author:
– confirms the originality of the submitted material;
– guarantees the absence of plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, and other violations of academic integrity;
– agrees with the editorial policy of the journal;
– agrees to undergo the review and editorial processing procedure;
– confirms the reliability of the submitted information about the author and the results of the research;
– agrees to the processing of his/her personal data.
After the manuscript is received by the editorial office, the article undergoes an initial editorial review,
during which its compliance with the journal profile, compliance with technical requirements,
the presence of all necessary structural elements and compliance with the principles of academic integrity are checked.
If the established requirements are met, the manuscript is submitted for review.
If the article requires technical or content revision before the start of the review, the editorial office informs the author about this.
All editorial notices, reviewers' comments and decisions on the submitted manuscript are sent to the author by electronic means.
The editorial office reserves the right to reject the material without submission for review in case of non-compliance with the journal's topic,
non-compliance with the requirements for design, signs of academic dishonesty or insufficient scientific level of the submitted work.

Review article: should summarize new directions and trends
of scientific research that have formed over the past 10-30 years.

more than 90% - foreign publications, links to Internet resources -
no more than 5%.
